The people of Colombia have sent—and will continue to send—earthquake relief to the Chocó area. Every business has bins to donate to the hurting families. We were able to meet a Pastor from that region while he was at the League of Bibles on the same day we had a meeting there. He had received a large donation from the Bible League to send Bibles to Chocó, and the Colombia army was there loading all the boxes of Bibles. We prayed over the Bibles and over the soldiers as well.

We had our first ladies’ conference, and it was so good. The church had decorated everything beautifully for the women, and the message, The Secret Place, was very well received. We have ministered in a Divine Healing Crusade for two services. So many people here carry emotional trauma, and many were healed physically as well. We have also ministered in three local churches. God continues to open doors for us.

I have begun counseling a young woman, and I really enjoy using my education and experience to help bring her to a good place in her life. This Sunday we will be preaching in an open-air service at a park.

And we celebrated Lee’s 78th birthday too!

We are very happy today because the airplane tickets have been purchased for Lee and Jhony Aparico. They will be leaving July 7 for the jungle in Vichada, Colombia. They will be showing the Jesus movies three nights in a row, in a different village each night. Lee has the projector all ready to go! I am so proud of Lee—at 78 years old, he is returning to the jungle. The connection to get into the Desana group (through Jhony) is ready and will take place in late January or February. This is Lee’s dream come true: to be able to go to unreached people groups in Colombia. The first trip is much easier than the Desana part of the trip—first you fly in, and then you ride a boat for 24 hours to reach this group of people.

Thank you for the offering for Cuba. Continue to pray for the people of Cuba. We have ordered a tank of propane so they can cook their food and have a cup of coffee. I can’t imagine—even after 24 years of traveling to Cuba—that the conditions there are so bad. I will send you a victory note and picture when propane tank arrives!
